Deleting ledger accounts

You cannot delete an account if it has a balance or any activity during the fiscal year.

To delete a ledger account:

1. Open 1-7 General Ledger Accounts.
2. Using the data control, select the ledger account number.
3. On the Edit menu, click Delete Account.
