Assigning employee resources
To assign employee resources:
- Open 10-3 Schedules. In the data control box, enter the job number.
- In the Phase list, click the phase.
- In the Task# column, select the task(s) to which you want to assign employees.
- On the Options menu, click Employees.

In the Employee cell, do one of the following:
- Enter the employee number.
- Right-click the cell to open the Lookup window, then select the employee.
- In the Start Time cell, enter the time you expect the employee to begin.
- In the End Time cell, enter the time you expect the employee to finish.
- Repeat steps 5–7 for each employee you want to assign to the task.
