Description

Quantity On Hand

Displays the total quantity of stock in the location.

Quantity Available

Displays the quantity of stock available. If you place a hold on stock, Sage 100 Contractor does not include it in the quantity available.

Last Stocked Date

Displays the date when you last added inventory to the location.

Last Picked Date

Displays the date when you last removed inventory from the location.

Last Count Date

Enter the date when inventory was taken last.

This is for reference only.

Must Count

Enter Yes if you are to count the part during inventory.

Enter No if you do not include the part when taking inventory.

Beginning Quantity

Displays the quantity on hand at the start of the fiscal year.

When you close the accounting books at the fiscal year-end, Sage 100 Contractor assigns the quantity on hand to the Beginning Quantity column.

Minimum Restock Level

Enter the minimum quantity to keep in stock.
