Setting Message Preferences

Each Sage 100 Contractor user can set their own preferences for notifications about different types of Sage messages.

To open the Sage Messaging preferences window, click Resources > Sage Messaging > Preferences.

All message types are selected by default, but you can clear the check boxes for the message types for which you do not want notifications. Messages for which you choose not to receive notification do not appear in the Message Carousel, but they are available in the Message Center until you remove them or they expire.

Note: You cannot turn off notifications for Support Alerts.
