Creating time and materials invoices by phase
Important! It is necessary to follow these steps in this exact order. Each phase must be computed separately.
To create time and materials invoices by phase:
- Compute the invoice by job and phase using the 3-10-2 Compute T&M Invoices window.
- Print the invoice using the 3-10-3 Print T&M Invoices window.
- Post the invoice using the 3-10-4 Post T&M Invoices window.
- Repeat steps 1–3 for each phase.
