Pasting selections

You can move text with the Cut and Paste commands. Identical text can also be inserted elsewhere using the Copy and Paste commands. After the text is placed on the Clipboard, you can continue to paste the text until the next time you Cut or Copy.

To paste a selection:

1. Select the text you want to move.

2. Right-click anywhere in the grid to display the grid menu, and then do one of the following:

   • Click Cut.
   • Click Copy.
3. Insert the pointer where you want to insert the text.
4. On the grid menu, click Paste.
