The Message Carousel
A [] button, located at the bottom left of the program desktop, alerts you when there are new messages. A number at the top right corner of the button indicates the number of messages you have received, but not dismissed or discarded.
If there are new messages, you click the [] button to open the Message Carousel.
The carousel displays new messages one at a time. Each message includes a title, a brief subject, and a link to detailed message content.
You can decide what to do with each message, as follows:

Click [] to display a detailed message on a web page.

Click [] to dismiss the current message from the carousel.
Note: Messages continue to be available in the carousel until you dismiss or discard them, or they expire.

Click or at the edges of the window to scroll through multiple messages.
The message indicator at the bottom center of the carousel indicates the number of messages in the carousel and the current one.
