Creating an Invitation for Mobile Users

As the last step of setting up an employee to use the Time mobile app, you send them an invitation to use the mobile app to enter time. You use the Mobile users Invitation Setup window to create one invitation that you send to all mobile users. You need to specify:
- Contact information for an employee who can assist mobile users.
- Your company's user agreement that potential mobile users must accept.
- The email account from which to send invitations.
The invitation will be sent to the email address you specify for an employee in their 7-2-3 Mobile Users record. It will contain a security key, the user agreement, links to download the app, some technical information, and the instructions they need to begin using the Sage Time app.
Before setting up invitations
Create a terms-of-use agreement that employees must accept before they can begin using the Time app. Save the agreement as a TXT file.

To create an invitation for mobile users:

Use the Contact fields to enter contact information for a resource person who can help mobile users.

In the Company's user agreement . . . for users of the Sage Time app field, navigate to and then select the text file that contains the user agreement.
